Excellent results and PR are shown here:

for most of the 20 companies (a couple had bad results, I wanted to make sure of that too), and the PR was issued between 0 and 3 months of the Estimated Completion Date of the trial.

I would suggest making a distinction between good results (which I expect) and the date of the PR. It has nothing to do with it.
