You are right and he found reason enough in the science to invest even after the stock price began to collpse. Good money after bad right.. unless he is waiting out the confirmation of the science like I am. November is over and no news so the primary completion is perhaps again moving past expectations as the longer tail of eventing stretches everything out. Pyrrhonian now is past being able to find even an outlier study that can explain these results. This means that somebody will likely surprise the market with a big buy soon even without Phase 3 results. This does not need to come from institutions either.
