Completely agree RK. I posted a link in post nbr 44443 a long time ago making the correlation to healthy gut bacteria and cancer. I have also read articles on research into lactobacillus gg (Culturelle) and the role it plays in dendritic cell activation. It may really come down to "you are what you eat" or is it you are what you properly digest? Anyways, thank for the links. We all know folks who are on and off again antibiotics, and just anecdotally speaking, they seem to have chronic health issues.

Thx, I will read the pieces. Fascinating in our lifetime the deeper levels of convergence in areas of medical science like infectious diseases and cancer whether due to therapy mechanisms or physiological responses. The immune system is where the proverbial rubber meets the proverbial road and is such a logical place to seek solutions and learn how to maximize its use.

I don't think CAR-T's are out of the game but certainly this is a moment that gives them another pause and allows DC therapy to potentially make a bold forward move.

Juno may want you on their investigation team to determine cause and possible future modifications to the therapy regimen.
