So the LOUSY dollar isn't since LONG a PPHM/Avid issue anymore, it is a MARKET MANIPULATION problem because the company in its current state is worth more then 1$,

Who would bother manipulating a $.30 stock with no volume? Noproof of any such thing. Plenty of facts to explain shareprice.
