ku, Avid II was six months late because it was the FIRST facility of that award winning type Avid had to set-up and start-up.

NOW, that experience is in-house. They now the FDA's comments and they will from the first time do it right. The first facilities had to run MUCH MORE test batches then expected.

For Avid III it will all be much more simple. And for the in-house distilled water manufacturing the problem is much smaller (it is more a matter of keeping it pure). Furthermore the financial leverage on that is HIGH because there is a shortage in the market (high demand). Having distilled water from own production will allow to better control & guarantee delivery.

The post-production activities Avid is setting up ALSO. A line up to a labeled and packed product is exactly what they need as they can produce hundreds of times faster (4 grams were others produce 4 micro-gram). That means one Avid factory can be compared with at least 100 factories of the SAME SIZE with the ancient technology.

So the LOUSY dollar isn't since LONG a PPHM/Avid issue anymore, it is a MARKET MANIPULATION problem because the company in its current state is worth more then 1$, and RRDog would have confirmed that.

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals the Microsoft of Biotechnology! All In My Opinion. I am not advising anything, nor accusing anyone.
