I am 100% in to the finish because from where I stand this has become a low risk investment because bavi works and all that is needed is to demonstrate that to the FDA with a clinical trial that has a NORMAL control arm.
But MUCH BETTER is the fact that the company projected profitability in 21 (now 19) months. Normally companies like PPHM are vulnerable due to their funding through loans and early-breadcrumb deals with BP.
Once PPHM reaches profitability the ATM will no longer be used AND however keeps the LID on the stock price will see the futility of doing so if the idea was to hinder PPHM in its funding. Piper J and others have been know in the past to fight such war's with customers the left them. The deal between PPHM and Eastern Capital (Ken. Dart) will certainly not have gone unnoticed. Financial companies HATE THAT because they miss out on their commissions and it sets an example for others to do so also.
