He made it perfectly clear numerous times he is waiting for the results of the investigation (which he forced). Nothing the company has done since his insistence on opening the books has cleared NWBO in his eyes. So he will sit and wait. It is such a small percentage of his fund at this point his holders have already decide he makes a wrong call some times and have written it off.
I agree, though I believe for now, he would not likely (though not absolutely) be able to invest more from his regulated fund, generally. Validation and a pop will certainly change the analysis and calculation.
I am thinking he is waiting for validation, probably P3 results, to justify addl fund use. I think he will invest more once he sees positive P3 announced, as long as there is no other restriction he is facing.
