Xena, how do you think this will play out? NSS won't be covered till buyout? So even positive Phase III trial results will be shorted? Given Woodford has 26 million shares that he paid 180 Million for? paying 45% interest seems crazy if they can just NSS shares for free? Thanks for all your insight as to what is going on! Wouldn't they just NSS more if they want to drive them to RS, Delist, or BK? then they never have to cover?
