Does anything restrict Woodford from buying more shares if a successful P3? If he is not restricted why would he not buy more since he is close to the science? I also think a successful P3 will start to place NWBO on the immuno-therapy map for the market. But, I have to think Woodford will want to capitalize on this investment!

The fact that brokers seem to be offering usurious rates of interest to borrow shares strongly suggests that makes shorting may not exist or is vastly overstated.
