Management has a fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders to defend the share rice. The company lost 40% or more of its market cap and all Powers could do is complain a little and move on? That Phase Five report wasn't just some short with an idea one day, that was a professional- thorough and costly piece executed by a group of professionals. There's no way in the world a good investigative law firm wouldn't be able find their identity and launch a suit in weeks. And they're not allowed to say what they want, of course, unless it's true or at least somewhat likely. You see movie stars successfully winning suits all the time. At the very-very least Powers&Co. should have put out a statement that explained, even with profession investigative due diligence, they were unable to find the authors...That the SEC was informed.
Why would they take such care to hide their identities? Really?
Maybe because they are professional shorts and if they were seen snooping around it'd tip off longs prematurely?? That's kill their business model pretty quick. Good investigators require a certain degree of anonymity.
Sorry but I've seen this all before. No light will likely be shined on any of this. A year has past already. Shareholders will talk about the day when something is found but the truth is nobody is seriously working on it.
