So are you saying its OK should TPAC makes their numbers up? I don't think so. Bogus numbers and claims are not reportable risk factors.

I think putting in false information is a bit more than a "risk" factor..

For instance the whole thing with Woodward Global...

In September 2016, we entered into a consulting agreement (“Consulitng Agreement”) with Woodward Global, Ltd. (“WG”), a Nevada corporation owned by Mr. Angus McKay, son of William R. McKay, our Chairman and CEO. Pursuant to the Consulting Agreement, we will provide consulting services to WG for a period of twelve (12) months for a total consideration of $2,000,000

.

OOPS.. a bit of info left out... Bill Mckay is head of "WG" not to mention "WG" use to be Harbin Aerospace... that really important company to TPAC (which, of course, was owned by Nikki, the wife, then changed name to "WG" with the son "in charge" for about 2 months...)

On February 1, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of the aircraft component part design, engineering and manufacturing assets of Harbin Aerospace Company, LLC (“HAC”).

Odd that Kevin Gould leaving last July wasn't announced in some way...

Maybe a PR just like Mckay did when Gould joined...

August 30, 2010 08:41 AM Eastern Daylight Time
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company, Inc. (OTC.BB:TPAC - News) announced today that it has appointed Kevin Gould, an aerospace veteran from Boeing, Adam Aircraft Industries and Piper Aircraft, to serve on its board of directors.

"We're thrilled that Kevin has joined the board of directors," said Bill McKay, Trans-Pacific Aerospace CEO. "We are searching for board members with industry experience, expertise and contacts to enhance the profile of Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company.

Poor Gould didn't even get a little tweet about him leaving..
Mckay was "thrilled" to have Gould join TPAC but apparently didn't give a good damn about Gould leaving... nope, didn't even say "We are sorry to see Kevin Gould leave Trans-Pacific he was a valuable asset to our company"...

NOPE not a word, just one sentence at the end of the 10Q

On July 6, 2016, Kevin Gould resigned as secretary and as a director. Mr. Gould’s resignation was for personal reasons and was not because of any disagreements with Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company, Inc. on matters relating to its operations, policies and practices.

not to mention the 8K that is/was required....
