OOPS.. a bit of info left out... Bill Mckay is head of "WG" not to mention "WG" use to be Harbin Aerospace... that really important company to TPAC (which, of course, was owned by Nikki, the wife, then changed name to "WG" with the son "in charge" for about 2 months...)

So if I'm reading that correctly, William McKay is paying William McKay $2,000,000 for "consulting" services. That's a good source of income if you can find someone who will actually fall for it.

Interesting too that last quarter TPAC paid out $269,400, yet they rake in $ -0- revenue. It would be much more transparent if they stated who the consultant(s) is.
