Right. And so if this deal was negotiated over the past couple of weeks, you can't go back and tell them sorry, you've got to pay a higher price now. Well you could, but probably not if there was a little look.

So as I see it, hopefully those longs are fully loaded, because I think they are standing on the sidelines with another NWBO long by the name of Woodford.
