A great deal of research was posted last autumn on the PLKD/NXGH RM and ongoing scam.

Of the researchers:

slingwing1 is an expert on all things telco, FCC, and SUGO.

JG305 is an expert on Arik and his cronies.

nit2win is an expert on all things Next as well as Robert Rico.

Check out Yesil, et al v. Growth Enterprise if you have access to PACER. (05113342130). It has Yesil, Phipps, Hirschfeld, Sensi, Marshall, de la Guardia, Next Communication, GLBT, NTERA, WQNI, and the Growth Enterprise Fund all tied together in one complaint. GEF is run by Phipps with Panamanian registration. Here's an example of one of the claims. . .

"GEF had extensive connections in the Securities and Exchange Commission that would be utilized to the advantage of NTERA/WQNI."

I recall this old pump from 2004

Of course, the plan never came together and Phipps moved his "applique" assets first to the Globetel/WSGI/Sanswire fraud and now he has them in a Honig play called Orbital Tracking Corp (TRKK).
