Check out Yesil, et al v. Growth Enterprise if you have access to PACER. (05113342130). It has Yesil, Phipps, Hirschfeld, Sensi, Marshall, de la Guardia, Next Communication, GLBT, NTERA, WQNI, and the Growth Enterprise Fund all tied together in one complaint.

David Levy - CEO of iTalk Inc (TALK)

His name shows up signing as the CEO of Globalnet Corp in the GBLT share exchange agreement involving Engin Yesil and Growth Enterprises Fund SA (David Phipps, Richard Hirschfeld, and Robert Sensei) - Exhibit A starting on page 12

Of course, the plan never came together and Phipps moved his "applique" assets first to the Globetel/WSGI/Sanswire fraud and now he has them in a Honig play called Orbital Tracking Corp (TRKK).

Speaking of GlobalNet Corp (GLBT), World Surveillance Group Inc (WSGI), and Sanswire Corp (SNSR)
