Any trial that has started by definition is "moving toward completion". So currently with a screening halt and no indication that they can fully enrol, the P3 is not moving towards completion.


Funny how you take that for gospel, but this very real part (also of the 10Q) is boilerplate:

Our financial statements indicate there is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern as we are dependent on our ability to obtain ongoing financing and ultimately to generate sufficient cash flow to meet our obligations on a timely basis. We can give no assurance that our plans and efforts to achieve the above steps will be successful.

And that's from a 10Q when they weren't flat out broke and begging for $1.3 million at such crappy terms.

Maybe "toward completion" is similar to "On track"?
