Edward Panos I see held debt in the E-Waste Systems (EWSI) shell from before it even filed its S-1 registration statement to go public as Dragon Beverage Inc (a Columbus, Ohio company) in 2010

Columbus Ohio was where Andrew Panos lived (no doubt a relative of Edward). Andrew was the President of Language Access Network Inc when it went public in 2006 later becoming IB3 Networks Inc before getting revoked in 2013

CSJ Business Solutions was run by a Carolyne S Johnson. Carilyne S Johnson was once listed as the Secretary for E-Waste Systems (EWSI)

A couple more companies on the short list are Creative Omega Marketing Inc and Northwood Capital Inc both of which Edward Panos ran with somebody named Arthur Kaplan from Columbus, Ohio.

Arthur Kaplan took a company called Arthur Kaplan Cosmetics Inc (AKPN) public in 2008 using CSJ Business Solutions LLC as the resident agent. Arthur Kaplan Cosmetics later became Savoy Energy Corp (SNVP)

Also on the short list is a company called M&E Manufacturing & Design Inc which has a John Panos as an officer. John Panos was the president/CEO of Auto Star Inc when it filed to go public in 2008. A shareholder in Anto Star Inc was John Panos' fellow officer at M&E, Mark Lukes. Auto Star Inc never made it public

I'm also pretty sure that Todd Crawford is related to Timothy Crawford the CEO of Cardinal Energy Group Inc (CEGX) starting when Edward Panos got involved there (mentioned earlier in this post).


This is a huge web and I'm sure I only just scratched the surface in the 30 - 45 minutes I spent on it.

It'll be interesting to see what comes of this SEC investigation in the future.
