Yes, that is true that the resize pushed the dates.

BUT, after the resize LP stated enrolment should be complete in fall 15 with results soon after. Late '15 or early '16. The clinicaltrials.gov site said Sep '15.

What changed from then?

Yes my point is they promise milestones that never happen throughout their history. A search on DCVax-Prostate confirms that.
