As a partner at Skadden, his comp was well in excess of $1million. He would easily make over a million as "of counsel" without breathing hard. Les is extremely well connected in. Washington and the late Jim Schlesinger was a good friend. I know Les pretty well having met him a number of times and had drinks with him. We have talked by phone many times over the years. He has told me that NWBO is a labor of love. He is a good, smart, passionate but very opinionated individual who believes in what NWBO has. He has said that if they get the L approval as he believes they will, it will be a new paradigm in medicine. A gamechanger as he likes to call it. Les is very well off. He could easily do other things and as Steve Jobs once said to John Scully... Do you want to sell sugar water or have a chance to change the world? Same thing for Les, Linda, Bosch and Boynton. Go really big or go home. The vision is audacious. I am in all the way and just added to my sizable position.
