That is very true and that is why I think it so important that loch be buried in an unmarked grave, the boys distance themselves completely. Course the SEC may do that for them anyway.
If cdex can be registered, there is enough history there to make it somewhat easier not to follow down the same path. Dont think for a minute the SEC isnt watching all this like a hawk. The beauty of all this is the SEC will have to approve the registration, so they will be able to monitor the process and can tell in a heartbeat if cdex is really trying to register. I do feel sorry for those involved with cdex that are not in trouble with the SEC at this point if they should try and pull the same stuff loch did. Just dont see that happening, IMO.
