When and if it hits the fan as the SEC takes on the LOCH bunch, there are many at CDEX that are liable to get spattered also.

Burying LOCH is a start, but there is much to be done before CDEX loses the stigma.

The best way to start is to get something on the market.

Also lest we forget, the LOCH bunch will still be major shareholders of CDEX, unless the SEC makes them disgorge.
