Since CDEX has no sales or revenue except for a Navy contract, there should not be much to audit. If they have an auditor, the whole job could be done in a week or less.

But that may be the trouble, finding an auditor that is willing to take on the responsibility of signing off on their books.

Auditing firms have become much more picky about that over the past couple of years. Who can blame them?

And lest we forget, CDEX is still the child of LOCH.
