I hesitate to use the word real after several years in Pennyland but yes if Hangzhou is a elaborate concoction they are fully committed to it. Corresponding sp boost holding support. Cardinal 8k’d debt repayment with some of the first tranche (apparently). I don’t know why it’s so hard to have conclusive proof with these companies if they have nothing to hide.

I think Cardinal needed the Chinese once EXIM broke down. 51% ownership but yes why not just steal the idea.

Hi Git, I have no way of getting into the nitty gritty at Congress and have no doubt you have satisfied yourself with dd. I still haven't found conclusive evidence as far as Cardinal is concerned other than being at the scene of the crime. This post seems to capture the general sentiment imo fwiw:
