I am familiar with some of the companies that have directors on Pure Earth's board. Legit companies.

It does not change my concern with Cardinal's association with John Owen and the Congress project. Or their failure to maintain SEC filings.

I am also wondering why the Chinese need Cardinal's assistance with water issues. Is Hangzhou real?
