Don't you have a sense of what Dimension actually spent defending the now dismissed claim? Also, I think the line item you are referring to for VDK "asset" defence must include the costs spent on pursuing the USPTO challenge, don't you think so? Aren't real/reasonable legal expenses more like 300,000 or so based on reasonable extrapolation?
