You would probably be wiser in this pursuit than I would. TMM stated they spent over $3/4 million in this suit but the legal fees were much more than that. Based on my recent activities in scouring the past 5 years financials I KNOW that the verbiage doesn't often match up with the reported figures (ieg, private placement money raised).
