I would think they're much higher than that figure. I would think it's more than double that. Their year end (TMMI) financial addressed writing off a charge that was about $750,000 just on this lawsuit. Remember TMM was claiming the suit as an asset?

If I recall correctly, I believe Dimension answered all four complaints. Therefore, why would their costs be any less for responding to the multiple complaint filings (original and three amended complaints)?
