TD's alias was on those documents, along with about half a dozen others, as a fishing expedition. They threw the name of anybody they felt was causing problems, in the hope that those posters would be scared enough to contact the company's attorney (which evidently someone has). Now they threaten to drag that poster through the courts, hoping they will entice that person to settle out of court financially. Now they have scammed again. Truly shameful.

tdbowieknife has absolutely nothing to fear from the insane ramblings of the bizzaro-world clown Louisiana 'lawyer' filing that pure tripe - which is both incomprehensible and, to the extent any message can be deciphered from those ramblings, illogical.

The Court kicked the clown lawyer once on the same issue and now he's trying the same garbage again. Guess what the Court is gonna do again? Kick him in the chops again.

The ridiculous and inept Louisiana clown lawyer is a real toolbag.

My question is, why is TD's name all over all the court documents now? What proof do they have based on the filings of those court documents?

None at all, obviously. That is their problem. And they've been going on about all this for a pretty long time; there's nothing new in it. They're just trying to deflect attention from the SEC's actual charges. And from their own refusal to produce evidence in discovery.
