My question is, why is TD's name all over all the court documents now? What proof do they have based on the filings of those court documents?

None at all, obviously. That is their problem. And they've been going on about all this for a pretty long time; there's nothing new in it. They're just trying to deflect attention from the SEC's actual charges. And from their own refusal to produce evidence in discovery.
