Here's my forecast.

TAUG suit gets tossed in Florida. Cowan files suit in Florida demanding legal fees and sanctions against TAUG. That goes on for 2-3 months, TAUG has to defend.

TAUG files suit in New Jersey or current suit is heard in New Jersey. Cowan answers with motion to Dismiss. Seth Shaw looking at hundreds of thousands of $$ in legal fees and he still does not have an operative suit on file.

Seth gives up in November and accepts a $200,000 settlement. TAUG shareholders sue as does person(s) funding the suit claiming misrepresentations.
