To summarize for any who have not read it,
TAUG (mostly) claims that Cowan recommending and utilizing Cherry Bakaert subjects them to jurisdiction in Florida...

I find its always hard to predict how courts are going to rule...

Care to shares your thoughts on why you think this argument will not fly?

re: TAUG....You know what they say about opinions....but why can't DECN get their financials together? That in my opinion is the real question.
