Not if the prosecution is malicious, I would file a counter suit if wrongly accused and go after them, there are very large pocketed individuals , at least 20-40 mm was invested into that stock.

Exactly my point I made last night stating this Attorney is going to lay a lawsuit on those people they can identify in the court documents. Apparently you experienced the same thing as you noted.
