It's hilarious knowing some believe Gov't Agencies are allowed to use whatever resources they have access to to bring charges against individuals and / or companies. Regardless if it would infringe on the basic rights of the defendants, guaranteed under the Constitution.
Example .... It is perfectly normal to allow individuals with an extensive history of litigation against the defendant's to write and or edit charges.
It is not only illegal, but immoral and unethical actions
The Gov't recently has been exposed of much internal corruption. Because the SEC does not enter the possible corruption into court documents does not mean it did not happen.
