I am thinking that TAUG is just Seth's little club where he makes the decisions and the Directors then follow. Sort of a continuous corporate clean up.
I have no access to the persons involved that would allow me to know anything more about either company's policies than any other poster.
Here's your "report", in case anyone has forgotten (and in case it is shown to include some misrepresentations or misleading information at some point***): "Finally KB told DECN large shareholders last night that additional trouble was up ahead. During the time he was a director at TAUG hundreds of millions of shares were issued, debt settled or restructured, shares issued to officers and directors, monies raised etc. KB said he became concerned reading about these things in the news because while these activities were happening he never attended a Board Meeting, never received Notice of a Board meeting, never received copies of any Board Minutes, was never given a unanimous consent to sign or even look at. ***Just briefly on that issue...."hundreds of millions of shares"??? I noticed that in one of your later commentaries you changed that to "millions and millions". Did Mr. Berman suggest that "adjustment" to you or did you think better of the original description attributed to him on your own?
