I might be wrong but i don't think so.
Start with x than 4 times a double means you end up with 16.
That means 1500% profit.
If you buy the shares at $0,80 and the pps goes to $12,- , than your profit is $11,20 per share.
This means a profit of 1400%, so less than the above scenario.
In this case for the same result you need a pps of $12,80 .
If you believe NWBO pps could go higher than $12,80 you should choose the second scenario.
So make your choice.
