Same effect SHO list had. Lots of anticipation then nuttin much actually happens. I think naked shorting and manipulation is the real issue that should be tackled.DF
the real issue is, can we make money on all this new data, it all depends on how the masses react to it, after all, it's just a list, the short positions exist without it, PAIV didn't need to be listed to make that rocket ride.
