If the deal is dead.... They will never recieve 50-70 milly.... Otherwise Rontan would never give the deal up.... Whe are in pinkieland and they can put out every pr they want.... Its all a gamble inhere....

What do you mean no updates? You got one a couple of weeks ago. We were told that the 10K would be late and was given some rough numbers on what to expect. We were provided an update on the acquisition which told us that more time was needed and that it was still ongoing.
