Of course it is a gamble. And we all have our opinions on how this will go. Nobody here (including myself) knows all that is going on. Some are banking on their belief that Rontan is bound tight and no matter what, GDSI comes out a winner. My opinion is, Rontan would not gamble what was offered, or a penalty, unless they were sure they had the upper hand and a way out of the contract.
Some think Sullivan is some type of business genius. But facts of failed businesses (more than one), refute that idea.
And some. as well, think the Bolzan brothers are a couple of nitwits. But remember this. Those same brothers built a huge business with contracts being an everyday part of the business. They are not the dummies that everyone thinks they are. And they are not without knowledge of the in's and out's of legal agreements and contracts.
