More time was needed and was still ongoing? Is that the interpretation of "Rontan intends not to hand over the Rontan shares"? Sounds to me like they last six months of meetings and negotiations came to a conclusive decision, not a extension of bargaining. Why were those shares not handed over when the contract was signed, if it was a concrete deal?
