First it was stated that:

TCEL IS A Great stocK to buy at 0001 , 0002 and in the long run it will be worth million !!!!!!!!!!!!! Fact !!!!

Then subsequently it was stated:

TCEL is a sub penny stock not a IBM and evenyone knows going in of the high high risk of buying in to this stock or others like it!!!

So, for all potential future TCEL investors...which statement/advice/direction should they follow? Contradictory statements are confounding.
