Here's something mildly interesting…

At 3:22 today, a notice about PHOT appeared on the Daily List. I'm sure everyone remembers that PHOT was suspended by the SEC back on 24 April 2014.

The notice says that the stock was subject to a "market center change moving to Bulletin Board".

Now OTCMarkets has cooked up a new logo:



This is the first time I've seen that, though perhaps it's been used before. On PHOT's profile page, it says "FINRA BB only".

But wait… Didn't FINRA kill the OTCBB in November 2014? So what's up with all this?
