You're right Hole-in-1, and Cornell Capital Partners wouldn't have lent the money if SaVi hadn't shown them a good business plan.

that sucks about your business hole in 1, good luck to you. once production starts this should roll. i have faith in that fact. i dont think mario is out to screw us. they are moving forward. if this cash floats production and generates revenues its all good. and if that was not going to happen, cornell would not have ponied up the dough. companies like this wont hand just any company a million dollars. if they saw my operation thay might loan me $50 if i secured the loan by giving them $100. but doubtful! lol!

Can anyone here who has been around for awhile point out deals that Cornell has done that actually worked out for the Company and Cornell wasn't able to take them over and kill the PPS.

I know that 99% of the attitude toward Cornell is negative for good reason, but surely there are success stories.

Mario agreed to this deal, so ultimatley, he must be the one who either

A) believes he can do this financing and pay the debt and grow before warrants are exerciseable.

or

B) he fleeced us all and just took this cash as the ultimate payday for his company

Ultimately, this is a race against the clock!
I just hope Mario is in the race to win it and not sipping Corona's under a cactus accepting his 13th place finish with his token trophy.
