berrybck...after settling down from being very pissed at the dilution, that is the conclusion I came to also.
I hope that Mario has explored all other options and that this deal with Cornell was only the last resort before going bankrupt.
If he has gone thru this process then I support him 100 % !

People that have never been thru this have no freaking idea of what it is like to be on the verge of bankruptcy and then have someone step up with cash to keep your vision alive.

I know because I am going thru this but unfortunately I did not have someone step up with cash so my business is closing in 6 weeks.

So lets give SAVI some time to show us that they care about the business and are going to make it happen.
