LOL. Thanks Janice. It's been awhile for certs and depositing them Trico marine was the last cert I held. Been a while :-)

Nobody wants to deal in certs except for a very few people obsessed with NSS. The SEC, FINRA, and DTCC would like to see complete dematerialization. Many exchange-listed companies have obliged, and no longer use certificates.

Janice, the sheer weight of transferring billions of shares to Belize has been problematic for transfer agents as well!
