IB loaned out the shares and wouldn't let me have access. The TA agreed that this is what was gong on.
Etrade will not take any OTC ever. Scottrade says they must be over $1, Trade King says not OTC ever, and TDA says maybe some day but not now. Had an account with them for over 20 years.
