IMO they would file it together with the whole package as soon as they go public maybe its in between the whole paperwork and fins been audited. True that it wouldn't be called buy back but it still beneficial as one. That's what i care about. But again this is all speculation all IMO.

Its called a purchase agreement. Read the 8k. It's there. :)
