IMO they would file it together with the whole package as soon as they go public
Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. They just can't break the law whenever they feel like it. If it were true, they would be committing fraud. And people get charged and go to prison for that specific thing.
No, the obvious answer is........there is no "buyback".
