That is not a "buyback". And even if it were true, it would represent a majority position in the Company and would automatically trigger the requirement to file insider disclosure documents with the SEC. The failure to do so would be fraudulent and a prosecutable offense. And none have been filed.

So you are saying that UMS committed fraud and the insiders are likely to be charged and potentially risking prison for failure to file due to their "buyback"?

I think not. There was no "buyback".
