They were a Nasdaq stock that had traded for 30 consecutive days before halt/suspension/delisting…
No. FIRST KBIOQ was halted. Then it was suspended. It had not traded for 30 consecutive days before the suspension.
Second, it opened on the Greys and then was moved to the Pinks because, as noted yesterday, it's allowed in the case of desisted exchange-listed stocks.
Getting bumped to the Greys has nothing specifically to do with SEC suspensions. It has to do with losing compliance with Rule 15c2-11. That happens when the stock goes four days without being quoted. The exchanges make their own rules about that, however.
In this case, OTCMarkets was right. They told me it was moved to the Pinks because someone applied for Unsolicited Quotes status.
It makes sense.
And it won't be officially delisted until Nasdaq files a Form 25. That should happen within the next few weeks.
