No. FIRST KBIOQ was halted. Then it was suspended. It had not traded for 30 consecutive days before the suspension.

Second, it opened on the Greys and then was moved to the Pinks because, as noted yesterday, it's allowed in the case of desisted exchange-listed stocks.
